We get a million questions and we try to answer every one. Some of the most common questions we receive are listed below (with answers, of course). If you have questions, you can submit them using the short form below:

Where can I see a GO or GO Easy?

SylvanSport is sold exclusively through GO Adventures in New Zealand. You can contact us at [email protected] or give us a call, we would love to hear from you, +64 21 384 211 or +64 21 384 255. We will be happy to set up an appointment with you for you to experience the GO for yourself. You may also check us out on Facebook and Instagram to find the events we will be at next.

What is the warranty on a GO?

GO carries a full two year warranty – bumper to hitch. This is twice as long as the industry average. We offer this two year warranty because we know that the quality that goes into our design, engineering, materials and craftsmanship is the best in the world. To find more detail on the warranty of the SylvanSport GO as well as the SylvanSport GO Easy, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +64 21 384 211

Do you Finance?

We do offer financing! Please contact us and we can get you more details.

What kind of vehicle can pull a GO?

GO only weighs 381kg, so almost any small vehicle can tow a GO. Of course, you should always check with your vehicle manufacturer, but GO is designed with small 4-cylinder cars in mind!

How much space is “really” inside the GO, when set up in Camping Mode?

Can a 2.13m tall NBA player sleep comfortably on our bed? Yes! Can a family of four eat and sleep inside the GO? Yes! With almost 2m of headroom, the ability to configure the interior six different ways including a dining table or a King-and-a-Half-Sized Bed, and a host of storage options available… the interior of the GO is amazing. You have to see it in person to truly appreciate the design of the GO interior space.

Can we see a video of the GO being set-up?

We have several videos of the GO being set-up. If you want to see SylvanSport President, Tom Dempsey setting one up and giving a thorough explanation as he goes – check out this video on the SylvanSport Facebook page.
